Permission-based access, provided by biometric or other strong access authentication, assures that only authorized law enforcement personnel have access to the system and to law enforcement information.

Directory Services: Provides contact information for over 30,000 law enforcement, public safety and government entities nationwide along with easy-to-use search tools.
Automated Data Exchange Services: Allows user-generated queries to participating law enforcement databases containing incident, booking and warrant information and combines and presents responses to users.
Collaborative Tools: Provides secure messaging and document transfer; secure bulletin boards and forums and secure chat for inter- and intra-agency communications.
